Amos Weinberg is a New York State attorney since 1978, For over 40 years, he has been an active member of the NY legal community. His practice consists of contract and collection litigation and defense. Amos Weinberg has defended people sued by merchant cash advance companies, the State Insurance Fund, banks, credit card and auto loan companies, and every kind of business debt.

Amos Weinberg has served as a trustee in bankruptcy, and over 30 times as a civil court arbitrator. He has been quoted in numerous publications including New York Magazine.  His cases have resulted in over 150 published opinions, creating new rights, never before recognized in New York, for his clients. He has litigated cases throughout New York State, from New York City to Buffalo. He has won cases in all four appellate division departments. He served over 25 years as a Mentor in commercial litigation for the Queens County Bar Association. He is general counsel to the Great Neck Breast Cancer Coalition since 2001.
